They are very amazing with what they have done and that's expert of pull ups bar.

          Routine


                   Day 1 : do your maximum repetition by strict form 3 sets and 5 repetitions or less(If you are beginner 3 reps is better), rest for each set 5 - 10 minutes and repeat two more times that's 2 sets  and don't cheat yourself, all the way up and all the way down.

                   Day 2 : you have to add more rep for today by first set you do 1, second set you do 2, third set you do 3 and when you climb all the way up opportune you'll miss one set. if you missed it that mean you're not complete the repetition.                    
"when you missed one set, rest and do your max ever by 1 wait 10 seconds , 2 wait 10 seconds 
,3 wait 10 seconds."        
                               
                    Day 3 : do for 3 sets of normal, 3 sets of wide, 3 set of pull chin.        
                              
                    Day 4 : do the same day 3 by rest in between 60 seconds.                              
        
                    Day 5 : repeat which ever day you found the hardest during the week.                  
   
                    (Do not do the pull ups until 3 hours that you done the pull ups.)
