Better way to success Workouts

          Better ways to get nice body that mean you must endure, endure for any fatigues and diligent to workouts every day or every second day.


         By the way to success our destination, food is necessary and particular Protein (Meat, Pork, Fish meat, Soil bean, etc.) , Carbohydrate(From whole wheat bread), Fat (Good kind of fat gains from Olive oil or Fish oil etc.)

         Three things on above is method of procedure to builds your muscle can't missed anything.

          And also about relaxation you shall to get 6 - 8 hours for sleep, the muscle builds during you're sleeping, if you are sleepless or can't get enough of sleeping time. That's meaning, there's no time for growth.

          Better Time for sleep is from 10 o'clock at night, body will be resting and dead to the world before midnight Growth hormone will start working after wakeless.
