How to treat yourself 
during the rest of pain.

                   For two months ago, i got injure with my right shoulder there was ripped tendon by over weights bench press that i did.

                   And now, i think myself must to rest, because my shoulder are in troubling. So i planned for four months to rest pain and recover my shoulder without doctor's advice, and hope my shoulder will be better, i have to warm up my shoulders everyday from morning untill before bed and wearing the shoulder support every office hour and i choose lP shoulder support it's very helpful and cheap.
